Johanna Johnson's policy

Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our garments and accessories, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for purchases of incorrect sizing. Items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.

If an item is faulty, please return it in original packaging within 24 hours of receipt to be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which have been used or worn or are damaged or soiled. If we receive items by way of return which are used, worn, damaged, soiled or do not have the Johanna Johnson tags attached (including authenticity cards, garment bags, shoe bags and leather tags), we will not accept the return, the refund will be refused and the item returned to the customer.

Johanna Johnson's Lingerie & Swimwear collection

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our clientele, Johanna Johnson lingerie and swimwear must be tried on with underwear worn underneath. Any protective strips on the lingerie and swimwear garments must remain in place on lingerie and swimwear garments until the sale is final.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of lingerie or swimwear items which are used, worn, damaged, soiled, do not have the Johanna Johnson tags attached or do not have the protective strips in place. If we receive lingerie or swimwear items by way of return which are used, worn, damaged, soiled, do not have the Johanna Johnson tags attached or do not have the protective strips in place, we will not accept the return, the refund will be refused and the item returned to the customer.

Faulty goods and repairs

Our accessories are hand crafted from Parisian embellished laces and Swarovski crystals. They require careful handling to ensure their beauty and longevity. As part of our service, our master craftsman offer to repair missing crystals for up to one month from purchase. Simply bring in your Johanna Johnson accessory and we will have it re-set as quickly as is possible but please note that wait times may vary.

If you would like to return a faulty item, we will accept the item and repair it in the first instance. Until goods are returned to us, they are your responsibility until they reach us. For this reason, you must ensure that you package a return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If we are unable to repair the item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and replace the item, in the same size, subject to availability. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and offer a credit note for the purchase price of the item

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or redirect orders once they have been processed.

Colours in our collection

The colours of our gowns, garments, accessories and other products are shown as accurately as possible on our website. We understand, however, that computer monitors vary and we therefore can't guarantee that the colour on your monitor will match the colour of the garment.



Deliveries

Lead times may vary for most of our made to order, hand finished gowns and accessories. Please contact us if you require your order urgently. We will try our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are subject to the availability of our limited edition fabrics, laces and hand beaded embellishments.

For National Shipping, all items are sent using couriers or Australia Post with an overnight or express service. This usually has a guaranteed next day delivery (this may vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service, requiring a signature on delivery.

Shipping is complementary for all replacement items, however, exchanges made to delivery destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery charges vary depending on the destination. For all deliveries within Australia or New Zealand there is a $20 delivery charge. For all deliveries to the United States or Canada, there is a $30 delivery charge. For all deliveries to the UK or Ireland, there is a $30 delivery charge. For all deliveries outside of these specified areas there is a $40 delivery charge.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

As we use a courier company that has a door to door delivery service which requires a signature on delivery when sending items both nationally and Internationally, the courier company will not deliver to PO box addresses. If using a business address, please provide the name of the business to ensure the package is delivered safely.

Can I track my parcel online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be contacted by one of the JJ team with a tracking number so that you can track the progress online.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship both Nationally and Internationally using a door-to-door courier service. Please see ‘Delivery’ for more information on delivery charges for specific countries.

For all International shipping, we use couriers, which usually have a 2 to 5 working day delivery time (this may vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service, requiring a signature on delivery.

Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply to these deliveries. Import duties and taxes will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of import duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for the payment of any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the import and duty rates as these will vary according to the destination.
